- Egyptian Omelette Eggah rolled in Chapati to make Ugandan Rolex (flat bead egg breakfast sandwich)
- West African Pap/Ogi/ Koko (Sweet and tangy cornmeal porridge served with Akara/Koose (Savory bean fritter)
- Ethiopian fruit salad
- African Donuts with chocolate sauce (Puff puff, Bofrot, Mandazi, Fat cakes, Beignets, etc.)
- Beverages includes West African Hibiscus Tea (Zobo/Bissap tea), Orange Juice, etc.
