Her expertise goes beyond the classroom. Chef Gabi works directly with the Food Network team, helping develop and consult on West African and Caribbean recipes, bringing authentic African flavors to mainstream audiences across the country.

She has become a trusted voice in the culinary industry, blending tradition with innovation and ensuring that African cuisine gets the spotlight it deserves.
