WHO WE ARE?

In 2014 Afromeals started from our first company known as Thavma Pastries where we launched our first products known as puff-puff mix. It was successful in that many people ordered it online and others purchased it from many African Markets. It went far enough for other businesses to develop their own puff puff mix.

We branched from a pastry mix business to a broader venture where some of our other products such as fried rice was also noticed and clients were interested in ordering. We catered and delivered food for many students on many college campuses. We partnered with many African Students Association around the DMV area to bring awareness to our products. In this season Afromeals was an underground business unheard by many.

From 2014 to 2018 the business was functioning in the state of Maryland however, in 2018 the business was moved to Ohio with the Owners. Since then the brand became public with our social media (Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest) platforms. The business released its first recipe book in March 2019, which was the number 1 new release in its category on Amazon and purchased and still being purchased by many.

Since relocating to the Cincinnati Area in Ohio, Afromeals is evolving in every way, in recipe development, partnership with different foodpreneurs and organizations, products, etc. We are constantly working on fresh and new ideas. Stay tuned for what’s to come next.
