It is made with meat stock water, then seasoned with West African spices and seasoning which we have combined them into our pepper soup seasoning. This soup is prepared year round back home in Ghana and Nigeria.The spices combines oh so well with the meats to give you an aromatic, and delicious soup. Though prepared year round back home, it is adored in the U.S mostly during the fall and the winter season as it wraps around you like a blanket.
