Ingredients for dough (crust)
3.5 cups of flour
8 tablespoon of butter or (1 stick of butter)
1 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup of sugar (optional)
water
Ingredients for Meat filling
16 oz or 1 pound of ground meat
1 cup Mixed vegetables
2 cloves of garlic
1 small onion
2 tablespoon of olive oil (or preferred oil)
2 tablespoon of Afromeals Fried Rice Spice
Plantains or potatoes (optional)
Habanero peppers (optional)
Bouillon powder or salt to taste (according to your preference)
Other ingredients
Egg to help close the pie and also to coat the crust!
