Recipe

  1. 1 pounds or 16 ounces. of (Chicken, Beef, fish, vegetables, tofu, and mushrooms)
  2. Rinse your meat or any meat replacement.
  3. Add salt or any salt alternative.
  4. Add 1 -2 teaspoon of Afromeals Poultry and Meat seasoning to your meat.
  5. Add 1-2 teaspoon(s) of oil (any oil)
  6. (Optional) Place ingredients in a ziplock bag or a bowl, close it and let it marinated for 30 minutes to 2 hours in a refrigerator.
  7. Grill or bake (375 F) the meat in an oven for about 30 – 45 minutes. To keep meat juicy wrap it in foil or use an air fryer. You can also seared/sautéed meat, seafood or vegetables in a pan on a stovetop.
  8. Pair chicken, meat or seafood with salad, fried plantain, fries, fried rice, or plantain!
