Steak and Scallops Class

Learn how to cook a juicy and flavorful steak just how you like it, medium rare, medium, medium well or well done.

During this class not only would you learn how to make a Juicy and flavorful steak but you will learn how to sear scallops perfectly without over cooking it.

In addition you will learn how to make two sides for the steak and scallop, Baked Diamond cut potatoes and sautéed spinach with bell peppers!
