Peanut soup or Ground nut soup is one of the most popular soup in West Africa. Not only is this soup delicious but it has a smooth and silky texture. Like all soups, peanut soup starts with a broth from any meat (chicken, Turkey, goat meat, beef or even fish) or vegetable for the vegetarians. The peanuts are blended or ground into a smooth peanut butter texture and then added to the meat broth. The blended/ground peanut combined with the meat and other African spices and seasoning gives you a great and delicious peanut soup. I am super excited about sharing my peanut soup recipe that stems from a generation of amazing cooks from my family with you all. Do not miss this class.
