In this class we are cooking with soul. We take you to the southern part of United States with dishes prepared and eaten by AFRICAN Americans. In this class not only do you eat delicious and flavorful food, but you learn the rich history behind soul food. Some of this food were influenced by both West African and Native Americans cultures.
