Afromeals Cooking Class Terms and Condition

Afromeals LLC. Cooking Class terms and Conditions is for in class and Online Cooking Classes

Your sign-up and/or payment for our class serves as you agreeing to our terms and condition, which is a contract with legal and binding consequences and it applies to all activities in which the booking participant and/or guardian engages during the applicable activities. Please make sure you read our terms and conditions carefully before you sign-up and make your payments.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please email us to notify us 7 days prior to the event date. That is the only way a refund would be given. Please notify us through email only at afromeals@gmail.com or info@afromeals.com! If you wish to transfer your reservation to someone else, please notify us as well with a 7 day notice also by email only!  If you would like to move your reservation to another date, please notify us by email 7 days prior to the event date, if not we will not be able to honor your request or refund your money. 

For private events, if you would like to cancel or reduce the amount of people attending the event, please notify us 7 days prior to event date by email. We will not be able to honor that request or give you a refund if you do not notify us 7 days prior to the event date. Please notify us 7 days prior if there are changes to the number of people in your party for us to give you a refund for those not attending. We will not be able to honor any changes made after 7 days to the event.  Deposit for cooking class has to be paid 10-14 days before date of event. Remaining balance has to be paid 1- 2 days before event.

At Afromeals cooking school, our goal is to give you a great experience while keeping you safe in class. The culinary activities that we perform in our classes can have some inherent risks/danger that may result in injury or illness. We are not liable for injuries occurred during our cooking classes. 

If you have any Allergies (food) please email us a week prior to the class informing us through our email afromeals@gmail.com or info@afromeals.com , so that we can accommodate you the best way we can to prevent any allergic reaction.

We are also not liable for exposure to Covid-19 during any of our activities as we take pre-caution and observe/practice Covid protocol.

Vaccinated individuals are not required to wear mask!

By sign-up and making payment for our classes you release us (Afromeals LLC) and our employees, agents, volunteers, representatives, members, sponsors/promoters and affiliates also from any liabilities that may occur for you/your parties/minor while participating in AFromeals LLC activities.

Afromeals has reserves all right to take photographs/videos records during any Afromeals activities that we may use form promotional or commercial purposes without remuneration to the participant(s). Participants and/or guardians agrees to assign all rights, title, and interest held in or to any media in which their likeness might be used for Afromeals promotional and commercial purposes. If you do not feel comfortable with any of your photographs or videos being used for commercial purposes due to privacy or safety, please feel free to email us at afromeals@gmail.com or info@afromeals.com  about your concern. This must be done prior to class so that we may inform the instructor.
