Some of these dishes on the menu come with a side (fried plantain) and a choice of protein (Chicken or Turkey). One can request for other meats such as goat meat, beef or fish, however the price will differ.

For the soup menu, you can order it with a choice of Eba, Pounded Yam, Plantain fufu, or Amala.

Rice Menu

  1. Fried rice with your choice of protein (Chicken or Turkey) and a side of fried plantains.
  2. Jollof rice with your choice of protein and a side of fried plantains.
  3. White rice and stew with your choice of protein and a side of plantains
  4. Coconut rice with stew, a side of protein and fried plantains.
  5. Waakye and stew, a side of protein and fried plantains.

Other Meal-Prep Menu

  1. Yam porridge with a side of protein and a side of fried plantains.

Soup Meal Prep Menu

  1. Egusi Soup with choice of protein
  2. Okra soup with a choice of protein
  3. Palm-nut soup (Banga soup) with choice of protein
  4. Pepper soup (light soup) with a choice of protein
  5. Peanut soup with a choice of protein
  6. Ogbono soup with a choice of protein.

Stew Meal Prep

  1. Red (tomato and pepper) stew with choice of protein
  2. Spinach stew with choice of protein
  3. Ayamese / Ofada stew (green or red bell pepper stew) with choice of protein.
